The AI analyzes your objective, identifies the outcomes you want to measure, and generates a complete questionnaire with appropriate question types, logical flow, and structure. You can then edit, reorder, or customize anything before publishing. Each generation uses one AI credit from your monthly allowance.

AI credits are used each time the AI generates a survey, suggests questions, or produces insights. The Basic plan includes 50 credits per month, Pro includes 200, and Enterprise has a custom credit allowance. Credits reset monthly. A single survey generation typically uses 1 credit, and an insights report also uses 1 credit.

AI Insights are available on the Pro and Enterprise plans. The AI produces an executive summary, categorized findings (key findings, opportunities, patterns, concerns, and observations), demographic segmentation analysis, and statistical context including margin of error and confidence levels. Each finding is supported by specific data points from your responses.

Absolutely. AI gives you a strong starting point, but you have full control over every question, answer option, logic rule, and design element (colors, fonts, buttons, and survey structure). Think of AI as a capable first draft: you're always in the driver's seat.

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (SSL) and at rest. Survey responses are scoped to your organization and accessible only to authorized team members. We do not use your response data to train AI models. Enterprise customers can additionally configure SSO and receive a dedicated security review.

Yes. You can upgrade at any time and the change takes effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Your data is always preserved regardless of plan changes.

Yes. Annual billing saves approximately 17% compared to monthly billing. Basic is $24/month billed annually ($288/year) and Pro is $41/month billed annually ($492/year). Enterprise plans are always billed annually with custom pricing.
